Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026. This notice describes the current configuration of Auto Fieldbook. It is a factual description of this site, not a statement that one policy satisfies every privacy law. Requirements can differ by location and by the services enabled.

Information we may receive

When you visit, the website and its hosting or security services may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested, and the time of the request. The hosting provider controls some server-log details and retention periods; Auto Fieldbook has not independently confirmed the provider’s full log-retention schedule.

The site uses standard WordPress software. If comments are enabled on a particular page or post and you submit a comment, WordPress may process the information entered in the comment form together with the IP address and browser user-agent string for moderation and spam prevention. A published comment and the name or display name you choose may be visible to other visitors. Do not include information you do not want made public.

Contact submissions

No visitor contact form is currently installed. If you contact the site by email, your address and the contents of your message will be processed to respond, route the request, keep a necessary correspondence record, and address security or legal needs. The published contact page identifies the available email channel and the types of requests it handles.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress may use essential cookies for account sign-in and administration. If comments are enabled, WordPress may offer cookies that remember commenter details. These functions do not mean that advertising or analytics cookies are active. Embedded third-party content, if later added, may set its own cookies and collect interaction data under that provider’s policy.

Statistics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising

The Google Tag Manager for WordPress plugin is installed, but no container ID has been provided or configured. No Google Analytics property, advertising tag, or third-party advertising service is configured in the site settings reviewed for this notice. The WPCode header and footer fields are empty, and the site’s ads.txt file contains no seller entries. These settings may change.

If analytics, personalized advertising, or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be provided where required before the relevant technologies run. Google Tag Manager itself can load third-party tags once configured; those tags may collect data or transfer it internationally according to their own settings and notices.

How information is used and shared

Technical data is used to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose errors, and help prevent abuse. Correspondence is used to answer and manage the request. Data may be processed by the hosting provider and service providers needed to operate the site, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site and its users. No advertising or analytics recipient is configured at the date above.

The hosting provider’s processing locations and any international transfers have not been confirmed in the information available to this site. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their locations and applicable safeguards should be checked as hosting and other services are finalized.

Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, relevant processing grounds may include operating and securing the website, responding to a request you make, pursuing legitimate interests in site integrity and responsible editorial operations where those interests are not overridden by your rights, obtaining consent before optional technologies where required, and meeting legal obligations. Which ground applies depends on the specific data and service; this notice does not assume a single legal basis for every visitor worldwide.

Retention

Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a proportionate record, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation, and is then deleted or de-identified where practical. Server and security logs are retained according to the hosting or security provider’s settings; their exact retention period has not been confirmed. Comment records, if comments are enabled, are reviewed and retained only as needed for moderation, site operation, and legal or security purposes.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions. Use the privacy-request route on our Contact page and include enough detail for us to understand and respond; do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Updates and contact

When site features or data practices materially change, this page will be revised and the effective date above updated. For a privacy request or question, visit Contact Us.
